Kristi’s Bold journey: Navigating pain and finding joy
Hear from Bold member Kristi as she shares her experience with exercise and pain management.
“I’m happier when I do this. I feel better. I feel better about myself, but I also just physically feel better and that makes me mentally feel better.”
When Kristi moved to Mississippi a few years ago, she couldn’t find a local gym that worked for her. She found Bold through her health plan, and she’s been taking classes ever since.
“It’s exciting and it’s fun and it keeps me going. And it’s really what I needed…My balance and my mobility is better. My shoulders don’t hurt anymore. So I’ve already taken that joint pain away.”
Kristi loves the variety of exercise classes that Bold has to offer, and loves that it’s easily integrated into her life.
